Swimming Pool Sand Filter-detailed Working Principle
The swimming pool has a certain amount of water consumption every day. The water consumption is supplemented with fresh water by tap water through the balance water tank. The balance water tank is equipped with a ball valve to automatically control the water level, and the balance water level is generally controlled one centimeter below the ground level. In the process of circulating treatment, swimming pool water generally depends on the overflow tank on the bank of the pool, and passes through the overflow device to the swimming pool sand filter for circulating treatment through the circulating water pump. When the water quantity is insufficient, the main drainer can supply water. In addition, an intermediate pool regulating water tank is set behind the swimming pool, and the pool water is directly discharged into the intermediate water tank, which is conducive to normal operation. The overflow water from the swimming pool enters the built-in hair separator of the circulating water pump, trapping larger particles and sundries in the hair separator. The power of the circulating water is provided by a group of circulating water pumps, which are controlled by program-controlled electrical appliances to run intermittently, thus prolonging the service life.
A dosing point is set on the outlet pipe of the circulating water pump, and a proper amount of coagulant is dosed into the pipe by the dosing device. After the coagulant and water are mixed, the fine suspended particles are aggregated into larger clusters, and the mixed water enters the circulating swimming pool sand filter, and impurities are intercepted by the filter material, thus achieving the purpose of purifying water. There are three dosing points on the outlet pipe of the filter of the backwash cleaning pool sand filter. In the first place, an automatic disinfection device is set to dose a proper amount of chlorine pills for disinfection of the pool water, and the residual chlorine is generally controlled at 0.4-0.6mg/L. Secondly, Sudan is added by the dosing device to adjust the PH value of the pool water, and thirdly, a proper amount of copper sulfate solution is added by the dosing device to kill algae in the pool water. The recycled purified water is returned to the swimming pool. According to the users' needs, the circulation period is determined according to the actual water quality of swimming pools, which is usually set at 6-8 hours.
